Earlier this month, I had the honor of capturing a powerful Men’s Health Awareness event, bringing together community leaders, health advocates, and supporters to highlight the importance of men’s wellness. From dynamic speeches to engaging panel discussions, the evening focused on education, prevention, and proactive health choices for men of all ages.

The event featured inspiring talks, interactive Q&A sessions, and community engagement activities designed to spark meaningful conversations around men’s physical and mental health. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about preventative care, nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being, all while connecting with local organizations and initiatives making a difference.

Special guests Norm Nixon and Lance Gross shared personal stories and insights, adding energy and depth to the program.
